Dear loyal customers and friends
As a small family business we must balance the continued employment of our crew as well as the health and welfare of both crew and guests, these remain our highest priorities! We have always taken the utmost care to clean and disinfect the vessels between every Cruise as standard practice, this week we began extra training for our excellent crew regarding COVID-19 and they are now working hard behind the scenes to keep the boats safe and functioning for the foreseeable future.
Private Hire & Party Cruises
We will continue with our private Cruise bookings until further notice.
We are aware that some guests may have reservations due to the current guidlines and may prefer to delay their Cruises until a more settled time.
To make this possible we are happy to move any Private Cruises due to take place before the end of May 2020 to another mutually convenient date prior to 1st December 2020.
Public Cruises and Mother’s Day
The Public Cruises on Mother’s Day are going ahead as planned.
If guests are unable to attend due to the current situation, you will be issued with vouchers to the value spent, which can be redeemed against future public cruises in 2020.
We will continue to monitor the government and health information regarding the Covid 19 virus and will post any updates to this statement on our website and our Facebook page. We would ask that if you are showing any signs of illness we advise that you do not attend any parties or events on-board. If you do attend the boat we ask all guests to follow all Government guidance on washing hands etc.
You are still welcome to get in touch with any questions you may have through our usual points of contact. We are navigating our way through this together.
