Kittywake Covid-19 Update!

As you all know, the Government has now implemented a lock down for the UK and along with this it is extremely important that we do our best to help our NHS doctors and nurses save lives simply by staying at home. The safety of our customers and crew/staff is paramount to the company and as such we are complying with this directive to the best of our ability.

As there is no clear end-point to this current situation we have reluctantly made the following decisions:

1. We will be cancelling All our Cruises for the full month of April.

2. We will re-evaluate the situation in Mid-April and issue any further updates regarding Cruises booked after April at that time. (This will be assessed on a rolling 2 week basis so customers will be notified approx 4 weeks in advance)

3. If there are any changes we will keep our customers updated as much as we possibly can!

For those who wish to support our business at this difficult time we would like to sincerely thank you. You will be able to move your deposit and any other monies paid, to another mutually convenient date after May in 2020. In recognition of your loyalty and goodwill, we will apply a 10% discount to your total boat hire as a thank you.

We do understand that some may want or need to cancel their booking completely for other reasons, if this is your preferred choice, we will refund all monies paid upon receipt of your bank details and verification of your original payments. We appreciate your patience whilst we work through this challenging period.
