COVID-19 update

We hope you and your families are all well and safe, as promised here is an update on the current situation.

As you are aware we are keeping all of our customer updated as we go along and are reassessing the situation regularly, obviously we are hoping to be cruising as soon as possible but The safety of our customers and crew/staff is paramount to the company and as such we are complying with this directive to the best of our ability.

New Bookings made during COVID

We are still accepting bookings made during this time with the added bonus that deposits will not be required.

If your provisional booking is made during the COVID-19 Lockdown (when the company is not able to cruise) then your deposit will not be required until the company is once again able to cruise, or until your provisional booking is required by another customer.


  • Should another customer require your provisional booking then you will be given the opportunity to pay the deposit and confirm your cruise, move your provisional booking to another available slot or cancel.


  • As soon as the company can cruise we will contact all provisional bookings made within the time of covid and request payment of the £100 deposit, at this point you can confirm your cruise or cancel.



Cancellation of Cruise by the Company

Should the company need to cancel your cruise due to the Covid-19 situation then we will offer either a date change and 10% discount or a full refund.


Please note that the above offer only stands for Cruises cancelled by the company due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Any other cancellations by the customer outside of the companies cancelled Covid dates are still under the original Terms and Conditions, for Terms & Conditions please feel free to visit our website and you will find them under helpful extras.

As there is no clear end-point to this current situation we have reluctantly made the following decisions:

  1. We will be cancelling ALL Cruises booked in May this includes midweek and weekend cruises

  2. We will re-evaluate the situation Mid May and issue any further updates regarding Cruises booked after that time.

For those who wish to support our business at this difficult time we would like to sincerely thank you. You will be able to move your deposit and any other monies paid, to another mutually convenient date after May in 2020. In recognition of your loyalty and goodwill, we will apply a 10% discount to your total boat hire as a thank you.

We do understand that some may want or need to cancel their booking completely for other reasons, if this is your preferred choice, we will refund all monies paid upon receipt of your bank details and verification of your original payments. We appreciate your patience whilst we work through this challenging period.
